Lakeside Park Association Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Feb. 9, 2008 @ 9:00 a.m.

Present: Dave Usher, Zan Barker, Rick Lehr, Jack McLaughlin, Bruce Grego, Leigh Euler, Bob Loding, Bob Hassett , Not present: Betty Fontana

Approval of Agenda & Minutes: Bruce Grego motions to approve agenda, Jack McLaughlin 2nds, all approve. Dec 2007 Minutes to be approved at next bd meeting.

Marina: Bob Hassett memo regarding income for 08 and improvements for marina in 08

Loading dock for fuel dock project.

Slip fees for 08 -Bruce Grego motions for a 5% increase on all slips not bouys.Rick Lehr 2nds, Dave Usher wants to leave B row out because not sold out. All approve except Dave Usher. LPA members still get a 10 % discount off public rates.

Lighting for marina- Bruce Grego motions to allocate not spending more than $10,000.00 on lighting for 2008 for marina. Expecting additional lighting for later dates. Dave usher 2nds, all approve subject to bids.

Bob Loding- Gas meter leak at plant fixed, new cover ordered to cover gas meter cost $320.00.

Look into fixing the back entrance to plant with left over roofing so that snow does not fall onto walkway.

Bruce Grego motions for letter of support to STPUD for grant monies for federal government to increase fire lines that could benefit LPA water line increases. Rick Lehr 2nds, all approve.

Bob Loding contract renewal up in March 2008, Bd approval by next bd meeting in March 2008.

Executive Session:

Different CPA to look at tax returns

Hook up fees to be discussed for LPA

LPA motels that are long term rentals to be marked and recounted and reconfigured for rate increase.

Next LPA bd meeting scheduled for Sat.

March 29 2008 @ 9 am.
