Lakeside Park Association Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

March. 29, 2008 @ 9:00 a.m.

Present: Dave Usher, Zan Barker, Rick Lehr, Jack McLaughlin, Betty Fontana. Also present: Leigh Euler, Bob Loding, Bob Hassett , Not present: Bruce Grego

Approval of Agenda & Minutes: Jack McLaughlin motions to approve agenda and minutes with changes Rick Lehr 2nds, all approve.

Bob Loding- Module control valve needs to be repaired in plant if not repairable need to replace. Cost should be $2000.00 to replace. Bob Loding renewal contract finalized and signed by Zan Barker. 2-year renewal starting in April 2008. Jack McLaughlin motions to approve contract Rick Lehr 2nds, all approve.

2007 water reports on website plus water history.

Old Business/NewBusiness:

Website redone and up and running

Freeman & Williams review for 2007 priced at $12,000.00. Jack McLaughlin motions $10,000.00 for review and $2000.00 for taxes, Rick Lehr 2nds, all approve for 2007.

Zan Barker wants to extend restaurant footing by 50 feet towards south end of restaurant along fence. Jack McLaughlin motions to approve, Rick Lehr 2nds all approve. Zan abstains.

Jack McLaughlin motions to raise reconnect fees to $639.00 per cwo instead of a flat rate of $1250.00 Rick Lehr 2nds, all approve.

Volleyball tournament in August at beach for 3 days.
